Talent Land is the innovation event that brings together with the talent that is giving the maximum to find the right solutions to the current problems. It is the largest talent summit for young people, who for 5 days have access to conferences, workshops and competitions, and amazing networking encouraged by the participation of 40,000 attendees from different States of Mexico and even some countries in Latin America.
Our Editor Lizet Esquivel had the opportunity to interview Ivan Millan, general Director of Talent Network who gave her a preview of what is going to happen in Talent Land.
What activities will the attendees find?
Talent Land will consist of 10 lands: Agro Land, Business Land, Blockchain Land, Developer Land, Gamer Land, Iron Land, and integrating at this new edition: Future Land, Health Land and Travel Land, adding globally more than 1,700 hours of content in 14 scenarios, laboratories, challenges, etc.
Talent Land will also have Talent Woman, a space for the visibility and empowerment of women in the context of science and technology; Super Powers, a space dedicated to strengthening the soft skills of new generations, Talent Hackathon, an against the clock competition where the skills and knowledge of the participants will be tested to provide solutions to social problems, and Startup Battle, a great startup competition where entrepreneurial talent can be known and catapult their growth.
There are a lot of events of technology and innovation, what does TALENT LAND make unique?
More than Technology, Definitely what makes Talent Land unique are its participants, namely: “Talentos”. Their ideas, wit, and creativity. Their willingness to share with others and actively participate in every one of the event’s activities.
Who can attend and why should they participate in this event?
Young people between 18 and 35 years can find several activities of their interest in the 10 themed lands that will be in Jalisco Talent Land. Apropos of the holidays, we will repeat with “Recrea Land” an open to the public space sponsored by the Jalisco State Ministry of Education, where conferences and workshops will be held for children between the ages of 6 and 16 years old.
The event will be held with the support of Government of the State of Jalisco, Government of Guadalajara, Expo Guadalajara; 250 strategic and commercial allies, 600 communities, 300 universities, and 140 accredited media outlets.
