WHAT  did you do ?

As the President of Tech Savvy Women, I share effective leadership and inclusion strategies to retain, develop, and advance professional women in Tech and STEM.

I advanced from entry-level positions in technology roles and spent most of my career in Silicon Valley, where I was promoted into leadership positions.

HOW did you do it? 

Through my keynotes and executive sessions, I include these experiences in my award-winning book “Accelerate Your Impact,” which is a playbook for women.  This complements my 2011 book, “The Working Woman’s GPS.”

WHEN  did you start your company?

I started this work in 2008 off the side of my desk and jumped in fulltime in 2014.

WHY  are you innovating with this product or service?

I am innovative as I combine my experience, research, focus groups and data to provide working solutions with action-based exercises for individuals, leaders and organizations. My work has been quoted in numerous publications, including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Inc. Magazine.  I share my women in business expertise with Amazon, Ingram Micro, RIT, IBM, Clemson University, Symantec, VMware, Discover, KeyBank, and Cisco, along with many other organizations.  

WHERE are you from?

I grew up in Hamburg, NY, USA which is 12 miles outside Buffalo, NY.  I have lived all over the country and now live in Cleveland, Ohio USA.
